Talks and Workshops

We attended two of Nicola’s workshops… they were incredible… myself, my partner and friend all took away lots of practical guidance and tips. Nicola was grounded, knowledgeable and warm. I could immediately see why she’d make an excellent coach/counsellor. From the start you could tell Nicola was an expert in her field and was very comfortable/experienced. I’d also like to add that she was passionate about her work and you could feel she really cared about what she was delivering. Thanks for everything Nicola. Really, a huge thank you for the workshops, I got a lot from them.

Nicola has a way of facilitating and holding space within her workshops with such care, respect and profound empathy. She is not a helper, she is an advocate and supporter of people remembering their own power and worth. Nicola walks her talk and embodies what she shares. She has a unique and powerful approach to self love and intimacy and I am still receiving insights since having completed the workshops.

Nicola comes with a wealth of experience, knowledge, passion and enthusiasm… She is an encouraging and nurturing facilitator who created a safe container where all participants were open to sharing their thoughts and experiences… Nicola encourages you to look at things from different angles in order to start to change many unhelpful learned behaviours and thoughts. I found the session incredibly useful with hints, tips, exercises and different ways to start to incorporate real change into your life!

Nicola is open-hearted, approachable… holding herself in a way that shows she is actively living what she teaches. Nicola’s workshops are extremely rewarding, and have left me with lots of things to consider and apply to my life going forward. I started out feeling totally inadequate in my dealings with relationships, until I realised that I’m actually quite comfortable with some aspects of relating… The more I learned, the more I was able to make sense of what was just a jumble of aspects, and to address each of them separately rather than getting lost in what felt like an insurmountable task. “How do you eat an elephant? I am very grateful to have an opportunity to participate in your workshops. The loving self-care workshop was absolutely lovely. I love the way you make it interactive…Now I speak to myself kindly, lovingly and encourage myself internally. This change is giving me a great amount of peace, self-love, and helps a lot with ongoing projects. It was amazing to learn about the Drama Triangle too! And your session on boundaries changed my life. Your work is divine! I admire the way you manifest your gifts in work!
