Excellent! Nicola provided an insightful workshop for our professional community and is a very personable facilitator who helped create a bond between participants to enhance our network. We had great feedback from participants, who felt they had a new set of tools to apply to day to day situations. On a personal level it taught me about traits in myself that I can now apply to my leadership.
