Bespoke Training and Coaching for Workplace Relationships Issues
Training and/or coaching to address and resolve ongoing workplace relationship issues and support staff needs.
I work closely with organisations to identify and address the relationships issues that impact wellbeing and productivity, such as:
- Lack of effective communication
- Siloed working and lack of collaboration
- Low levels of trust, connection and empathy amongst staff
- A culture of gossip and negativity
- Personality clashes
- Dysfunctional team dynamics and conflict
- Lack of clear boundaries and assertiveness
- Unhelpful power dynamics between staff at different levels
- Insufficient self-care, e.g. poor work-life balance
- Lack of a sense of shared purpose and vision
- High levels of stress, resulting in team disharmony and conflict
