Bespoke Training and Coaching for Workplace Relationships Issues

Training and/or coaching to address and resolve ongoing workplace relationship issues and support staff needs.
I work closely with organisations to identify and address the relationships issues that impact wellbeing and productivity, such as:
  • Lack of effective communication
  • Siloed working and lack of collaboration
  • Low levels of trust, connection and empathy amongst staff
  • A culture of gossip and negativity 
  • Personality clashes
  • Dysfunctional team dynamics and conflict
  • Lack of clear boundaries and assertiveness 
  • Unhelpful power dynamics between staff at different levels
  • Insufficient self-care, e.g. poor work-life balance
  • Lack of a sense of shared purpose and vision
  • High levels of stress, resulting in team disharmony and conflict
